The 6th Annual "Ottawa Evening" will take place on May 5th, 2004 at the Ottawa Congress Centre. This is a celebratory dinner to recognize achievements by Members of the lay community for their contributions to health research promotion and funding. The invitation and program is attached. As well, tickets may be purchased for individuals, or for tables of 8 or 10 persons.

Michael B. Decter of The Health Council of Canada is Guest Speaker.

Awards will be presented to The Zeev and Sara Vered (lay category), Dr. Robert Korneluk (scientific category) and The University of Ottawa's Faculty of Medicine
