I am pleased to point out to members that two outstanding individuals have been honoured by appointment to the Order of Canada. This is the highest honour that this country can bestow upon its citizens.

Mrs. Tannis Richardson of St.-Germaine, Manitoba and Dr. John C. Laidlaw of Toronto, Ontario were named members of the Order.
